The liquid egg production line is primarily designed to process fresh eggs into pasteurized liquid egg products and is widely used in sectors such as baking, food processing, foodservice, and egg product manufacturing. Depending on the product type, the line can produce whole liquid egg, liquid egg yolk, liquid egg white, and formulated liquid egg products.
