How Does the Powder Mixer Work?
The YGT Powder Mixer first circulates liquid, then vacuum-draws powder from a hopper into the stream and feeds it to a rotor–stator high-shear head. Powders are instantly dispersed and hydrated without lumps, while recirculation polishes consistency. The blended liquid is finally discharged for downstream steps (e.g., pasteurization or filling). Built in SUS304/316L with a sealed, dust-tight, CIP-friendly design, it unites controlled dosing and high shear to shorten cycles, reduce waste, and deliver smooth, repeatable results.
Step 1: Liquid circulation
The pump starts circulating the liquid in the mixing chamber.
